| Job Specification: | Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content for social media channels.Create engaging reels, shorts, promotional videos, interviews, podcasts, and marketing content.Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, sound effects, and music to enhance viewer engagement.Optimize videos for platform-specific requirements and best practices.Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to develop compelling visual content.Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging editing techniques.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders efficiently. |
| Qualification: BS/MS in Marketing, Media Studies, Film & Production, Mass Communication, Information Technology or any related discipline. Strong knowledge as a Video Editor, Social Media Video Editor, or similar role.Strong portfolio demonstrating social media-focused video editing work.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and platform requirements.Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
