Job Title:Development Fellow (HR)
Job Specification:  Recruitment & StaffingAssist in manpower planning and recruitment processes.Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.Employee RelationsAddress employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes.Promote employee engagement and workplace harmony.HR OperationsMaintain employee records, HR files, and HRIS data.Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.Performance Management & TrainingSupport performance appraisal cycles.Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.Track training records and employee development plans.Compliance & PoliciesAssist in implementing HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.Support HR audits and statutory documentation.Analyze HR data to support decision-making.
Qualification: BS/MS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience – 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
