Job Specification:  Manage daily office administration including records, documentation, equipment, maintenance, cleanliness, and workplace standardsSupervise support staff such as security, drivers, janitorial teams, and coordinate vendor and facility servicesHandle procurement activities including office supplies, inventory management, quotations, purchasing, and supplier coordinationOversee admin operations including vehicle maintenance, fuel tracking, insurance, and documentationSupport employee requirements including meetings, events, travel arrangements, and administrative assistanceMaintain reporting systems, contracts, agreements, databases, and ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fieldHaving 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience will be preferredExperience in administration of office, civil works, construction environment preferred
