Job Specification:
| · Conduct data analysis and performance monitoring for Quantum Valley R&D, Expo Center and Exhibition Arena initiatives · Develop KPI dashboards to track research progress, exhibition activities, and innovation outcomes · Analyze visitor data, industry engagement trends, and commercialization metrics for policy and business decisions · Forecast project outcomes and technology adoption rates through statistical modelling · Ensure data integrity and standardization across R&D and exhibition databases · Provide periodic analytical reports to management and ministries for progress evaluation · Support strategic planning, funding proposals, and impact assessment for ongoing and future R&D projects. · Collaborate with R&D, Business Development, and Operations teams to align data insights with institutional goals · Develop data visualization tools for exhibitions and digital showcases to demonstrate innovation metrics · Recommend process improvements and efficiency enhancements through data-driven decision-making. · Perform any other tasks assigned by management. |
Qualifications: · 12 years of professional experience in business/data analysis, R&D operations, or innovation-driven projects. · Hands-on expertise in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel). · Experience in research performance tracking, exhibition project monitoring, and public sector reporting · Exposure to ICT-based performance systems, process automation, and data governance frameworks preferred. | |
Experience: · MS/BS in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or Engineering Management. · Preferred: MBA (Strategy/Technology Management) or certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics, or Lean Six Sigma.. | |
