Job Title:	Development Fellow (Mechatronics)
Job Specification:	Assist in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and automation systems.Design, develop, and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.Create and modify mechanical and electrical designs using AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.Participate in R&D projects related to automation, robotics, and industrial process improvements.Inspect, test, and troubleshoot sensors, actuators, control panels, and industrial equipment.Assist in implementing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records.Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
	Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Experience or relevant internship experience preferred.Basic to intermediate knowledge of hardware and software.Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks or other CAD software.Ability to read and prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.Basic understanding of industrial automation systems, sensors, actuators, control panels, and electrical circuits.Knowledge of robotics, instrumentation, and control systems will be an advantage.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn and contribute to R&D and automation projects.
