Job Title:	Development Fellow (IT & Networks)
Job Specification:	Assist in the implementation and maintenance of network security measures to protect the organization’s systems and data. Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks. Assist in network security testingMonitor network traffic for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents.Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot security issues and recommend solutions. Participate in security awareness training programs for employees. Stay updated on the latest security threats and technologies through research and training.Basic understanding of computer networks, protocols and OSI LayersResponsible for overall administration and technical activities.
	Qualification: MS/BS in a relevant discipline of Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering such as Cyber Security, Information Security, Network Security, Information Technology, Information Assurance, etc. Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols. – Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices. Proficiency in networking and network security concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. – Ability to work independently and in a team environment. – Excellent communication skills.Having relevant certification or training will be a plus
